Most pieces are crafted and shipped within 7–14 days after you approve your proof. Larger orders (favors, full event sets) may take up to 3 weeks. Need it sooner? Add Rush (+20%) for under-7-day turnaround.

Every order includes one free digital proof — a visual of exactly what will be engraved before we cut anything. You approve it or request a change (extra revisions $5). Nothing goes into production without your sign-off.

We ship nationwide from Chicago, with fragile pieces wrapped and boxed carefully. Free shipping on orders $90+ (code SHIPFREE). If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

Wood draftboard (1/8″ and 1/4″), acrylic in clear, black, white, color and mirror finishes, and eco cardboard for budget pieces. Have something specific in mind? Choose "Special Request" in the customizer.
